By using our services you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions regarding payment.
Visa support fees are non-refundable. Please verify all of your visa invitation details at the time of receipt and if any discrepancies are found please notify us within 12 hours in order to make the required corrections.
Please be aware that in accepting this arrangement you fully understand that the Direct Passport & Visa Company Limited cannot take financial liability for the consequences of the processing failures that occur beyond our control.
Direct Passport & Visa Company Limited also cannot be held responsible for the rejection of the visa invitation applications by the issuing embassy authorities. All embassies reserve the right to reject any application for a visa invitation without explanation.
