I couldn't recommend DPV highly enough as someone who works and travels to Russia on a regular basis. On my first trip I arrived at Heathrow to find out that my do-it-yourself efforts at getting a Russian visa had not been too successful. One of the dates on my Russian invitation was incorrect, easy enough to miss unless you read Cyrillic! Angus and his staff managed to bring me the correct paperwork in a matter of hours, allowing me to catch a later flight that day. Now I get them to arrange everything correctly from the start - including the paperwork for my parents (reference above) when they visit!
