Please note that the following information is for UK passport holders, The Saudi consulate do have different requirements for other nationals.
Business Visa
- Valid passport for six months upon exit
- Two adjacent (facing) blank pages in passport
- Two recent passport photographs on a white background
- One completed and signed application form
- Letter of invitation from Saudi Arabia & Proof of Registration
- Original UK company letter (certified by the chamber of commerce)
- Proof of travel arrangements (Flight showing direct return to the UK)
- Completed declaration form
- Medical insurance
- Completed additional health declaration
Work visas additional documents
- Medical report, authenticated by the UK Foreign Office.
- Copies of academic qualifications and work experience in the field of job applied for
- Letter of No Objection if previously employed in Saudi Arabia
- Disclosure and Barring services checks need to be provided – must be original and legalised by FCO.
Family and Residency visas
- Valid passport for six months upon exit
- Two adjacent (facing) blank pages in passport
- Two recent passport photographs on a white background
- One completed and signed application form
- Letter of invitation from Saudi Arabia & Proof of Registration
- Original UK company letter (certified by the chamber of commerce)
- Proof of travel arrangements (Flight showing direct return to the UK)
- Completed declaration form
- Medical insurance
- Completed additional health declaration
- Invitation from host or sponsor, authorised by Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs
- Confirmation of the relationship between inviter and invitee must be provided and legalised by FCO
- Proof of address. This must be provided as an original recent utility bill or non-online bank statement showing the applicants name and current UK address, having been issued no more than three months prior to the Visa submissions. This document will be retained by the Embassy
Medical Insurance must be purchased through the embassy prior to a visa application acceptance. This will incur additional cost which are compulsory. Please contact us for further information
Direct Visas are able to have your UK company letter certified at the Chamber of Commerce the cost of this is £60.40 per document. Please download and complete the formal undertaking form here
